Alright. I guess I can share my project before I actually finish it.
Sparky discovered this amazing device. It makes bubble water. It's cooler than you think it is. I think it's amazing, YMMV.
I had recently become addicted to bubble water, and this was my salvation; No more plastic bottles! Then that naughty nymph, Erin, introduced me to gin and tonic. Now I wanted bubble water with tonic. *sigh* more bottles...
But the interwebs saved me: you can make your own tonic water!
the recipe I intend to use, a google search will turn up many interesting articles.

We make our own tonic, it's wonderful. The recipe we use is WAY different - it's all lime, plus star anise and lemongrass. If you wind up making tonic, let me know, we have more chinchona bark than we can use in a lifetime.
