Today we played nine holes of disc golf. I stopped counting how high I was over par when I eclipsed the course par on the second hole, but I guess the guys did pretty well. They played another round while I went off to get sodas. The Parque De La Raza Disc Golf Course in San Jose is very nice. I thought it compared well with the De Laveaga Disc Golf Course in Santa Cruz. San Jose is a lot warmer than Santa Cruz, and the La Raza park is quite a bit smaller. La Raza has nice bathrooms, it appears to be well-maintaned (the course, and the park) and it's nearby. We'll probably go there again.
