You do need to have the free iBooks app installed on your iPad and/or iPhone, and iTunes installed on your computer.

Essentially you install the Threads Archive. It creates a folder where it stores all 152 magazine PDFs. You find that folder, and drag and drop the PDFs into the Books app in iTunes. Once you synch, they'll all be on your iPhone and/or iPad.

The Threads Archive application does allow for searching through all of the PDFs, while I don't think you can do that on the iPad/iPhone. but it's still great to have along to flip through when you are out-and-about, or to have sitting beside you as a reference.

By the way, the articles print out beautifully. I wish all magazines offered this type of archive. It really is nice.

You would probably benefit from the claratin once a day to reduce inflammation, and the mucinex (I got the generic, don't recall name) and a netti pot or saline nose spray to flush the crud out.
