Day 1 is Friday, September 30, 2011
Day 1001 is Friday, June 27, 2014
Duration: 1001 days/143 weeks/33 months/2.74 years
From the website:
The Mission:Why 1001 Days? Why the heck not!?
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part). [I did my best]
This will be a progress page for my 101in1001 project. My original 101in1001 was from 2009-2011, and I didn't like how I wound up tracking it. With the addition of pages, this will be easier.
2009-11 was my first attempt, and with 6 months remaining, I had to admit that there was a bunch of stuff that was either poorly defined, or that I just not interested in doing. This time around, I'm going to be more specific.
The list opened up so many opportunities and I did many things I really thought were just dreams when I wrote the list. It's a learning process and an opportunity to do things you might not have got around to otherwise.
This is 2011 - 2013. This page incorporates the current progress on the list, and an overview of the list's intent.
